2. Data We Collect

Applicant data you submit (name, email, phone, ticket band, mandate notes); newsletter email addresses; subscription and billing records processed by our payment provider; and B2B business-contact intelligence sourced from licensed providers.

3. Lawful Basis

We rely on legitimate interests for B2B business-contact processing and for introductions relevant to your stated mandate; consent for the Trillionaire Letter and non-essential cookies; and contract for subscription delivery and billing.

4. B2B Lead Intelligence

Business-contact records are obtained from licensed commercial providers and are verified, intent-scored and compliance-screened. We process business contact details only — never special category data. Records are refreshed and suppressed against opt-out lists. Subscribers who receive lead data act as independent controllers for their own outreach.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and preference cookies are set only after you consent via the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.

6. Retention

Applicant records are kept for up to 24 months after last contact; newsletter records until you unsubscribe; financial records for six years as required by UK law; lead records while the licence and business purpose remain valid.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email invest@meridiancapitalltd.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

8. Security and Transfers

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to those who need it. Where processors are outside the UK we rely on adequacy decisions or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
