1. Who We Are

MERIDIAN CAPITAL GLOBAL INVESTMENTS UK LTD is a private company registered in England and Wales, contactable at invest@meridiancapitalltd.com. We introduce qualified investors to property and development opportunities. We are an introducer only.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website, in the Trillionaire Letter, in the deal room or in any lead record constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or invitation to invest. Capital is at risk. Past performance is not a guide to future results. You must take independent regulated advice before committing capital.

3. Eligibility

Introductions are made only to persons who qualify as high-net-worth, sophisticated or professional investors, or to regulated firms. Minimum ticket is £100,000. We may decline any application without giving reasons.

4. Trillionaire Club Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Lead volumes stated per tier are monthly maximums, subject to qualified supply.

5. Lead Exclusivity

Each vetted lead assigned to you is locked to you for 90 days and is not issued to any other subscriber. You must not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute lead data. You are responsible for your own compliance with UK GDPR, PECR and any applicable marketing law when contacting a lead.

6. Referral Syndicate

Referral cash is paid 14 days after the referred subscription payment clears. The 0.5% royalty is calculated on the arrangement fee received by Meridian, not on the investment amount, and is paid 14 days after completion. Bonus leads are issued on close. There is a 30-day validation window and all referrals are subject to anti-fraud checks. Self-referrals, incentivised sign-ups and unqualified referrals are void.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, nor use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for breach.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
